The role
Foam, part of Whalar Group, is seeking a Product Designer to own and improve existing product surfaces, working closely with product and engineering teams.
What you'll do
- Own the experience of established product lines: diagnose, redesign, iterate, and ship.
- Design across the full range of real-world states - sparse data, dense data, mobile, desktop, embedded and standalone.
- Build interactive prototypes that engineers can feel, not just read.
- Run lightweight user sessions on your own prototypes and fold what you learn back in.

- A portfolio that shows range: more than one industry or product type, and evidence you've oriented quickly in unfamiliar territory.
- Startup-native. You've lived through priorities changing mid-flight and kept a good attitude about it.
