The role
The Procurement Officer will translate approved procurement plans into executable packages and manage assigned procurements throughout the lifecycle—from planning, packaging, sourcing, evaluation, and award through contracting, delivery, acceptance, documentation, and close-out. Based in Jakarta, this is a hybrid position requiring 8 days per month in the office.

What it takes
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, procurement, finance, law, or another relevant field
- Minimum 3 (three) years of relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, contracting, vendor management, or a comparable role
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the Indonesian government procurement system
- Good understanding of procurement principles, competitive selection methods, value for money, contract administration, and procurement documentation
- Experience using enterprise procurement, sourcing, or ERP systems; familiarity with Workday and Workday Strategic Sourcing is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving with the ability to conduct basic market research and price benchmarking to ensure price reasonableness and support value-for-money procurement decision
