The role
CRS is seeking a proactive, values-driven Procurement Officer to coordinate procurement processes, work closely with program and operations teams, and ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant support to programs across the Philippines and FSM.
What you'll do
- Coordinate procurement systems and operating procedures
- Develop and maintain up-to-date procurement plans
- Facilitate sourcing processes to ensure best value for money
- Track the delivery and receipt of goods and services
- Verify that goods, services, and CVA-related assets are consistent with procurement specifications
- Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date procurement records
What it takes
- Bachelor's degree in management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or another relevant field
- Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in procurement, purchasing, logistics, or administration
- Good knowledge of donor procurement regulations
- Knowledge of international and national procurement regulations and local market conditions
- Knowledge of contract administration and demonstrated ability to manage procurement transactions and purchase orders
