The role
The Procurement Expert contributes NGO-side procurement expertise to the Global Humanitarian Procurement Collaboration and Performance Initiative, supporting the design, testing, and refinement of procurement cooperation guidance and tools.

- Contribute to targeted procurement cooperation and collaboration guidance
- Strengthen procurement integration into organisational and project-level decision-making
- Support technical validation, consultation and cross-workstream coordination
- Contribute to monitoring, reporting and knowledge management
What it takes
- BAC+5 in Supply chain management, procurement, international development, business administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years on positions with responsibilities in procurement in NGO sector
- Experience in the humanitarian sector
- Expertise on procurement, in humanitarian context
- Knowledge of donors' rules on procurement
- Proven experience in analyzing procurement data and developing strategic recommendations
