The role
Manage procurement requests and orders in Oracle Cloud Procurement, handle strategic sourcing processes, coordinate with internal clients to define requirements scope, identify and develop strategic suppliers, conduct commercial analyses for decision-making, negotiate prices and terms, manage technology, software, hardware, licensing, cloud, telecommunications, consultancy, and specialized services purchases, ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and internal controls.
