The role
The Procurement and Logistic Associate provides procurement and logistic support to the office under the guidance of International Operations Manager and in close collaboration with Administrative Associate and Supply Chain Analyst.
What you'll do
- Conducting procurement activities and logistical coordination on behalf of the COs
- Preparing RFQs, ITBs/RFPs, responding to bid clarifications, evaluating bids, and preparing CRC submissions
- Presenting reports on procurement in the CO
- Assisting project partners in analyzing data on reproductive health commodities
- Facilitating trainings on Logistics Management Information System (LMIS)
- Providing support for administrative tasks
What it takes
- Minimum 6 years of progressively responsible experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management
- Experience supporting procurement and supply management processes
- Working knowledge of supply chain operations including forecasting, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution
- Familiarity with organizational policies, procedures, and enterprise systems related to procurement and logistics
- Strong drafting, minute-taking, and documentation skills
- Fluency in oral and written English
