What you'll do

  • Manage and implement sustainable procurement strategies and internal SOPs.
  • Oversee procurement processes including RFQs, ITBs, RFPs, and contract administration.
  • Provide technical support for the Mayors Challenge initiative and public service delivery.
  • Facilitate procurement knowledge sharing and training for staff and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with UN/UNDP procurement rules and audit requirements.

What it takes

  • Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Law, Public Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in public administration or finance.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish, French, or Portuguese is an asset.
  • CIPS Level 3 certification is highly desirable.
  • Experience with UN/UNDP procurement procedures is preferred.
