The role
Lead GamCare’s Probation Innovation Strand to improve access, engagement, and outcomes for people under probation supervision.
What you'll do
- Shape and oversee a pathway connecting gambling treatment with probation, criminal justice and community support
- Lead delivery, strengthen referral routes, support specialist practitioners
- Work with partners to ensure people can access safe, trauma-informed support across custody and community settings
- Build trusted relationships with Probation, HMPPS and wider justice partners
