What you'll do
- Complete initial intake evaluations to determine patient diagnosis and program appropriateness.
- Interface with program directors regarding patient suitability for PHP/IOP programming.
- Manage communications with the utilization review department for insurance authorizations.
- Screen potential intakes and provide referral support to families and providers.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to conduct outreach to community referral sources.
What it takes
- Master’s level clinician or Psychologist with 2+ years of clinical experience.
- Hold an independent clinical license in IL, WI, and/or MN.
- Experience with CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing.
- Previous experience working with patients in crisis.
- Experience in PHP/IOP, residential, or inpatient settings is preferred.
