The role

The Principal serves as the primary instructional and cultural leader at Rocketship Legacy Prep, driving academic achievement and fostering a rigorous, college-preparatory environment. This role involves coaching staff, managing school operations, and building strong, proactive partnerships with parents and the community. The Principal is responsible for implementing data-driven instruction and overseeing the professional development of assistant principals and teachers to close the achievement gap.
