The role
As a Practice Team Leader, you will play a central role in bringing the Intensive Intervention Service to life by guiding and supporting practitioners, building strong partnerships, and contributing directly to work with young people and families.
What you'll do
- Coordinate and oversee day-to-day delivery of the CCE service
- Support practitioners in delivering workshops, one-to-one work, and engagement with young people and families
- Provide direct support in complex or high-risk cases
- Monitor, record, and analyse data to meet reporting requirements
- Build strong partnerships and represent the service in multi-agency meetings
