The role
The PoWER Lead Nurse will support the Kentucky Rural Health Transformation Program by serving as a key member of the PoWER Program Team and ensuring consistent implementation of maternal and infant health care services.
What you'll do
- Serve as primary liaison between pilot site PoWER nurses and the PoWER Program Team
- Participate in program design and ongoing refinement
- Coordinate with the Medical Director, Lead Doula, Lead CHW, and Peer Support Specialist
- Conduct quarterly site visits to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support development of education materials and shared learning opportunities
- Engage with relevant community partners

- Active Kentucky Registered Nurse license
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

- Minimum five years of nursing experience, including maternal, perinatal, postpartum, newborn, women's health, or related settings
