What you'll do
- Serve as the primary liaison between pilot site-based PoWER doulas and the PoWER Program Team
- Participate in the design and ongoing refinement of the PoWER program
- Partner closely with the Program Team’s Medical Director, Lead Nurse, Lead CHW, and Lead Peer Support Specialist
- Coordinate with pilot site PoWER doulas on a regularly scheduled basis
- Conduct site visits with each PoWER Team at least once per quarter
- Support development of ongoing education, guidance materials, and shared learning opportunities for PoWER doulas
