- At least 5 years of professional experience in public governance and inter-ministerial coordination
- Experience in the design and implementation of development tools focused on sustainability, gender equality, and climate change
- Experience of preparing reports, planning documents and/or other project coordination tools
- Good knowledge of climate change mitigation and adaptation related issues in LAC
