  • Experience in job readiness and coaching (preferred)
  • Fluency in Spanish, Arabic, French, Russian, Haitian Creole, or Dari (desired but not required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data tracking
  • Strong cultural sensitivity and communication skills
