The role

The Portfolio Results Advisor will support MEAL capacity strengthening activities, lead Sponsorship MEAL leadership group meetings, provide guidance on methodologies, ensure accountability systems exist in locally-led programming models, and contribute to global learning initiatives.

  • Support in MEAL capacity strengthening and system strengthening activities.
  • Lead the Sponsorship MEAL Leadership Group and host its monthly meetings.
  • Provide guidance on suitable methodologies to country teams.
  • Ensure strong accountability systems exist in all locally-led programming models.
  • Contribute to global learning initiatives across the Sponsorship program.

  • Significant experience in monitoring, evaluation, and/or program learning.
  • Extensive experience with MEAL systems in country offices and for projects involving multiple thematic areas.
  • Proven abilities in strategic thinking and planning.
  • Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and data collection IT platforms.
  • Advanced qualitative and quantitative data and research skills.
