The role
The Portfolio Results Advisor will support MEAL capacity strengthening activities, lead Sponsorship MEAL leadership group meetings, provide guidance on methodologies, ensure accountability systems exist in locally-led programming models, and contribute to global learning initiatives.

- Support in MEAL capacity strengthening and system strengthening activities.
- Lead the Sponsorship MEAL Leadership Group and host its monthly meetings.
- Provide guidance on suitable methodologies to country teams.
- Ensure strong accountability systems exist in all locally-led programming models.
- Contribute to global learning initiatives across the Sponsorship program.
What it takes
- Significant experience in monitoring, evaluation, and/or program learning.
- Extensive experience with MEAL systems in country offices and for projects involving multiple thematic areas.
- Proven abilities in strategic thinking and planning.
- Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and data collection IT platforms.
- Advanced qualitative and quantitative data and research skills.
