The role
IDB Invest is seeking Portfolio Management Consultants to support the management of loans, bonds, guarantees, structured finance and equity investments for private sector and non-sovereign-guaranteed counterparts.
What you'll do
- Oversee a portfolio of financial transactions
- Conduct data analysis to assess counterparty performance
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external audiences
- Engage with borrowers and other stakeholders

What it takes
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or Development Studies
- At least two years of experience in credit assessment and rating
- Proficiency in English and one of the Bank's official languages (Spanish or Portuguese)
- Experience in an international environment, preferably in Latin America and the Caribbean
