What you'll do
- Provide substantive advice to the UN Representative/Co-Chair on the Geneva International Discussions.
- Monitor political, security, and humanitarian developments in the South Caucasus for early warning.
- Draft analytical reports, briefing materials, and policy correspondence in support of the UN mandate.
- Coordinate organizational and logistical aspects of official rounds of discussions and IPRM meetings.
- Liaise with international actors, including the EU, OSCE, and local stakeholders.
What it takes
- Advanced university degree (Master’s or equivalent) in Political Science, International Relations, or related field.
- Minimum of seven years of progressively responsible experience in political analysis or conflict resolution.
- At least four years of recent experience working on peace and security in Eastern Europe/South Caucasus.
- Proven experience in political outreach, coordination, and working in conflict or post-conflict field settings.
- Fluency in both English and Russian (UN Level III proficiency).
