PLC Coach

The role

The PLC Coach works collaboratively with school leadership and teachers to improve instructional quality and student outcomes through coaching, professional development, and data-driven planning. This role involves observing classroom instruction, modeling best practices, and facilitating professional learning communities to ensure high standards of college and career readiness. The coach also assists with Title I compliance, budget processes, and the development of school improvement plans to support academic excellence. The position requires a dedicated educator committed to building the capacity of teachers and supporting the overall mission of KIPP Memphis.
