The Pickleball Sports Instructor will lead, manage, and oversee all pickleball activities, events, tournaments, and lessons at the YMCA. The incumbent is responsible for program development, providing instruction on techniques and strategies, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants. This role requires fostering positive relationships with members and maintaining a safe, inclusive recreational environment.
