Physiotherapist

The role

The Physiotherapist will work within an interdisciplinary inpatient team at UHN's West Park Healthcare Centre to evaluate, treat, and support patients recovering from musculoskeletal, stroke, geriatric, and complex continuing care conditions. The role involves designing patient treatment plans, participating in inter-professional rounds, and contributing to service planning and clinical documentation. The successful candidate will also play a key role in student education and professional practice development.
