The role
The Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) is seeking a Physical Health & Wellness (PH&W) Coach to develop and execute programs designed to empower wounded service members in achieving their health goals. What you'll do
- Identify, screen, and recruit participants for PH&W events and coaching programs.
- Create and manage individualized 90-day physical health and wellness coaching programs.
- Develop and facilitate virtual and in-person education, events, and wellness challenges.
- Maintain participant data and track metrics using CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Collaborate with internal departments to deliver integrated services to warriors and their families.
What it takes
- Bachelor’s degree in exercise science, kinesiology, nutrition, or a related health field.
- Four years of experience in the fitness industry, allied health, or wellness coaching.
- Two years of experience with longitudinal plan design and health-focused coaching.
- Valid state-issued driver’s license and CPR-First Aid certification.
- Ability to travel up to 50% for program support and events.
