The role

The Philanthropy Revenue Operations Specialist will work as part of the Philanthropy Revenue Management & Operations team within Global Development at The Nature Conservancy. They will provide organizational resources such as process and procedure documentation, training, systems/tools evaluation, and support to the team for philanthropy revenue management and operations.

What you'll do

  • Provide organizational resources such as process and procedure documentation, training, systems/tools evaluation, subject matter expertise (SME), and support to the team for philanthropy revenue management and operations.
  • Participate in and provide support to revenue-related projects, initiatives, and for process/system improvement and design.
  • Manage, track, analyze, and report on key data related to philanthropy revenue management and operations.
  • Coordinate and participate in system testing and create end-user technical documentation for revenue process and systems projects and initiatives.
  • Provide consultation, recommendations, and targeted training as necessary related to TNC’s revenue operations.

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3 years related experience or equivalent combination.
  • Experience generating reports and analyzing and interpreting data.
  • Experience working across departments.
  • Experience with current technology in the field of revenue operations.
  • Experience, coursework, or other training in principles and practices of philanthropic revenue management and operations.
