The role

International Justice Mission (IJM) is seeking a Philanthropy Program Manager, Venture Council to lead the strategic direction of their flagship principal donor engagement program in partnership with the Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships.

What you'll do

  • Drive strategic program decisions amongst multiple stakeholders
  • Lead end-to-end program management
  • Develop and execute a two-way engagement journey with senior leaders
  • Establish and manage the program budget
  • Foster cross-departmental collaboration
  • Guide preparation of communications to the Venture Council

What it takes

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in major donor fundraising, donor engagement strategies, or qualifying internal knowledge and experience
  • Proven ability to work with executive level leaders and investors
  • Superb written and communication skills
  • Microsoft Suite proficiency (Outlook, Forms, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Expertly using Zoom, WhatsApp, Teams, and other global communication platforms
  • Mature orthodox Christian faith as defined by the Apostles' Creed
