The role
International Justice Mission (IJM) is seeking a Philanthropy Program Manager, Venture Council to lead the strategic direction of their flagship principal donor engagement program in partnership with the Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships.
What you'll do
- Drive strategic program decisions amongst multiple stakeholders
- Lead end-to-end program management
- Develop and execute a two-way engagement journey with senior leaders
- Establish and manage the program budget
- Foster cross-departmental collaboration
- Guide preparation of communications to the Venture Council
What it takes
- Minimum 7 years of experience in major donor fundraising, donor engagement strategies, or qualifying internal knowledge and experience
- Proven ability to work with executive level leaders and investors
- Superb written and communication skills
- Microsoft Suite proficiency (Outlook, Forms, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Expertly using Zoom, WhatsApp, Teams, and other global communication platforms
- Mature orthodox Christian faith as defined by the Apostles' Creed
