The role
The Philanthropy Director will lead fundraising for Enterprise’s Mid-Atlantic Market and Enterprise Community Development, collaborating with program colleagues to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward philanthropic support from corporate, foundation, individual, and government partners.
What you'll do
- Develop a deep understanding of Enterprise’s mission and strategic plan
- Build confidence and rapport among External Affairs colleagues
- Develop fundraising strategy for multiple Enterprise markets and programs
- Work with the Director, Individual Giving and Philanthropy team
- Identify, research, and manage relationships with local, regional, and national funders
- Ensure CRM data is kept current and moves management activities are communicated to leadership
