The role
IJM is seeking a Philanthropy Administrator to provide critical coordination and operational support to Sr. Philanthropy Officers, ensuring exceptional engagement and experiences for major donors while supporting fundraising efforts.
What you'll do
- Provide coordination support to Sr. Philanthropy Officers
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure data accuracy in Salesforce
- Assist in developing and implementing team processes
- Facilitate project team meetings
- Develop project planning materials
What it takes
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, nonprofit management, communications, project management, or a related field
- Minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience
- Experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders
- Experience coordinating complex meetings and donor interactions
- Experience maintaining constituent, customer, or donor data in a CRM system
- Experience in nonprofit fundraising, major gifts, donor relations, philanthropy operations
