The role

The Xerces Society is seeking a Pesticide Specialist to support efforts in reducing pesticide reliance and mitigating risks to native invertebrates, particularly in rangeland ecosystems. What you'll do

What it takes

  • Master of Science degree or Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years experience in ecotoxicology, entomology, ecology, or similar fields
  • Strong communication skills for translating complex scientific information
  • Knowledge of integrated pest management principles
  • Public speaking experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel occasionally
