- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience in a health and wellness related field preferred
- Demonstrate leadership skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must hold and maintain current CPR, AED, and O2 First Aid certifications
- Must complete required trainings within the first 90 days of employment
