Permanent Substitute Teacher

The role

The Permanent Substitute Teacher provides consistent instructional and classroom support across assigned KIPP Texas campuses. This role ensures continuity of learning by delivering established lesson plans, managing classroom structure, and maintaining a productive environment in the absence of the lead teacher. The position requires collaboration with school leadership and staff to support student achievement and daily campus operations.
