Permanency Support Worker

The role

The Permanency Support Worker provides essential daily support to the Permanency Services Program, ensuring case plan requirements are met and developmental needs of children and families are addressed. The role involves supervising visitations, facilitating placement support, and serving as a liaison between families and program staff. Additionally, the worker assists in crisis intervention, provides emotional support, and maintains accurate documentation and reports.
