Permanency Supervisor

The role

The Permanency Supervisor oversees permanency staff and coordinates services to promote the well-being of children within the Permanency Services Program. This role involves frequent interaction with clients, legal professionals, educators, and community stakeholders to provide support during family crises. The supervisor is responsible for leading team meetings, managing staff, and advocating for children and families to ensure long-lasting, healthy relationships.
