Permanency Case Manager

The role

The Permanency Case Manager will manage a caseload of children in the Managing Conservatorship of DFPS, assessing their needs and facilitating permanency planning. The role involves coordinating services, conducting home visits, and providing support to families working toward reunification or long-term stability. Additionally, the manager will prepare court reports, provide testimony, and collaborate with various agencies to ensure child safety and well-being.
