The role
Compassion International is seeking a People & Culture Workday Analyst to provide functional and technical support for the Workday HCM platform, including user administration, application support, reporting, release management, and user training. This is a remote, temporary position from July 2026 to June 30, 2027.

- Minimum of four years of relevant HR Systems work experience
- Significant and well-rounded Workday HCM configuration and administration experience
- Agile methodology experience a plus
- Fluent (oral and written) English
- Ability to work remotely
