People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner

The role

The People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner to assigned units at World Vision Viet Nam, focusing on HR practices that support organizational priorities and employee experience. The role manages workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management while ensuring compliance with Vietnamese labor laws. The successful candidate will also drive staff engagement, support learning and development initiatives, and maintain accurate HR information systems. This position plays a critical role in fostering a high-performing and motivated workforce aligned with the organization's mission.
