What you'll do
- Analyze the PEEPS and related planning instruments to identify implementation priorities and critical dependencies.
- Develop a prioritized action plan for the period 2027-2030, including responsible parties, timelines, and governance mechanisms.
- Support the definition of governance structure, including institutional roles, coordination flows, and decision-making instances.
- Create a monitoring and evaluation matrix with indicators, baseline data, targets, monitoring frequency, and verification sources.
- Develop cost estimates for the prioritized actions.
- Facilitate technical workshops and validation meetings with SESAPI and strategic partners.
What it takes
- Bachelor's or specialization in public administration, public health, psychology, social work, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in public management tools or models of public policy implementation, especially in mental health.
- Experience in participatory workshops and facilitation of multisectoral planning processes.
- Knowledge of the SUS, RAPS, and mental health policies is highly desirable.
- Fluency in Portuguese and one of the official languages of the Bank (English, French, or Spanish).
- Brazilian citizenship or citizenship of one of the 48 eligible member countries for valid residency or work permit in Brazil without BID sponsorship.
