- Support bi-weekly payroll processing for 900+ staff members
- Review and analyze employee timecards
- Confirm and validate direct deposit and tax-related information for new hires
- Enter and maintain employee data in Paycom
- Generate and analyze payroll reports
- Support the annual W-2 process
What it takes
- Associate’s degree in a relevant field
- 1-2 years of experience working in an office environment
- Experience working with Paycom software preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office programs and intermediate Excel skills
- Detail-oriented and excellent communication and organizational skills
