The role

The Partnerships Specialist at WFP Lebanon will support donor relations, resource mobilization, and strategic communications to ensure effective business operations and decision-making.

What you'll do

  • Collate and compile information from relevant units for inclusion in proposals, reports, briefings, correspondence, and other partnerships-related products.
  • Respond to routine information requests and facilitate timely information sharing with internal stakeholders.
  • Process and manage routine administrative, financial, and systems-related tasks, including maintaining Salesforce records, reporting calendars, and donor-tracking tools.
  • Manage and maintain partnerships records and online repositories to ensure information is organized, accurate, and readily accessible.
  • Draft, review, and proofread reports, documents, presentations, and correspondence to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with established guidelines and quality standards.
  • Collect, organize, analyze, and visualize data to support evidence-based reporting, donor engagement, business information management, and decision-making.

What it takes

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience supporting donor relations, partnerships, resource mobilization, grants management, programme support, or project coordination activities.
  • Experience drafting and reviewing donor reports, proposals, concept notes, briefing notes, presentations, meeting minutes, or other professional documents.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and present information from multiple sources.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience using data visualization, reporting, information management, or CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms).
