The role
The Partnership Officer plays a pivotal role in supporting GOAL’s partner portfolio, managing sub-grants, driving partner due diligence, and systematically monitoring and evaluating partner performance.
What you'll do
- Maintain and update Local partner & NGO mapping databases
- Manage and maintain the SharePoint archive
- Facilitate transparent partner selection mechanisms
- Coordinate with Grants Management and Program teams
- Draft Partner Agreements and sub-grant documentation
- Ensure effective coordination and collaboration with partners
What it takes
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in partnerships, public relations, HR, or programmes
- Fluent English (writing, reading, speaking, and listening)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Package (PPT, Word, Excel, etc.) and SharePoint use and upkeeping
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and listening skills
- Proactive problem-solving capabilities paired with follow-up skills
