The role
Support the UN Resident Coordinator and UN Country Team through inter-agency coordination support, including organizing meetings, analyzing data, and engaging with government counterparts.
What you'll do
- Support the organization and coordination of RCO's major policy dialogues, high-level meetings, workshops, conferences and partnership activities
- Support the collection, compilation, statistical analysis, and visualization of information on China’s key policies and development priorities
- Support stakeholder coordination and engagement with UN entities and external partners
What it takes
- Be enrolled in or have completed a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher)
- Good knowledge of standard software applications, especially MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Teams
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese is required
