- Minimum of 5 years of management experience, with at least 3 years in a finance department.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, financial planning, and computerized accounting systems.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Chartered Accountant certification (CPA, ACMA, ACA, or ACCA) is strongly recommended.
