Easterseals MORC is hiring a part-time Team Support Specialist to assist in making a difference and become part of something bigger than yourself.
What you'll do
- Engage consumers with empathy regardless of disability or phase of recovery
- Assist individuals served by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fulfilling requests across diverse communication channels
- Answer and triage internal and external telephone calls
- Look up new individuals in EMR and add new individual charts when appropriate
- Enhance engagement and outreach of new individuals
What it takes
- Two (2) years of responsible full-time clerical experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to make general decisions in accordance with departmental policies and procedures
- Strong computer knowledge and experience including Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of modern office equipment, practices, and procedures
