The role
A part-time Substitute Leadership Coach position is available to facilitate virtual Accelerator Learning Labs for college students when the regular Leadership Coaches are absent.
What you'll do
- Facilitate virtual Accelerator Learning Labs as a substitute for absent LCs
- Prepare to facilitate Braven content by meeting with the Braven team and practicing independently
- Attend all LC trainings to be equipped with the knowledge and skills to facilitate Learning Labs and work with Fellows effectively
What it takes
- At least 2 years of experience with teaching, facilitation, and/or public speaking
- Exceptional teaching, facilitation, and/or public speaking skills
- Familiarity with Zoom and facilitating in a virtual environment
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Eagerness to learn and openness to feedback
