Paraeducator

The role

The Paraeducator will assist in special education and regular classroom settings by providing academic and behavioral support to students in both in-person and virtual environments. Responsibilities include reinforcing learning activities, implementing behavior intervention plans, and assisting students with personal care and classroom integration. The role supports the KIPP mission by fostering a safe and inclusive educational environment for a diverse student population.
