Paraeducator
The role
The Paraeducator will assist in academic and behavior support duties for students in both special education and regular classroom settings. This role involves working with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning activities and implement behavior intervention plans. The position requires a commitment to the KIPP mission and the ability to foster positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues. You will work under the direction of an Education Specialist to support student progress and maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment.
