Médecins Sans Frontières in Mexico is seeking a Paediatrician for international humanitarian missions to join their team in international projects with a minimum availability of 6 months.
What you'll do
- Applying medical knowledge and skills to prevention, diagnosis and treatment of children
- Collaborating closely with different departments of the hospital
- Proposing and implementing strategies for new-born and paediatric care management
- Ensuring ongoing training of the medical/paramedical multidisciplinary team
- Monitoring the proper functioning of the department and equipment
- Participating in the introduction or improvement of the collection and analysis of epidemiological data
What it takes
- Medicine degree with a specialty in pediatrics
- 3 years experience minimum as a Medical Doctor in paediatric hospital
- 6 months in the last 24 months of recent clinical work
- English (B2 or higher level)
- Spanish (C1 or higher level)
- Computer literacy (word, excel, internet)
