The role
The International Trade Centre (ITC) is seeking a consultant to develop and coordinate a business network between the Pacific and the EU, focusing on technical exchanges and engagement with Business Champions.
What you'll do
- Proactive and reactive outreach to Business Champions
- Support to increase the number of eligible Business Champions
- Organize and coordinate online technical sessions
- Provide ongoing technical support to the Champions Group
- Capturing and reporting on examples of network value created
- Management of contact lists
What it takes
- First level university degree in economics, law, social or human sciences or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in private sector development, institutional strengthening, or online community management
- Proven experience in building governance and organizational excellence in small structures
- Familiarity with chamber of commerce models and private sector advocacy structures in developed and developing countries
- Experience working with governments and private sector stakeholders in Pacific and/or EU at senior levels
