What you'll do
- Supporting and implementing care planning for individual and young people
- Undertaking assessments of needs and assessing and managing risks
- Supporting children and young people with independent living skills

- HNC in social care and/or SVQ 3 or willingness to work towards this
- Registered with SSSC or willingness to do so within 3 months of employment
