The role
The Outreach Officer leads participant recruitment and outreach for the ‘Razem na Rynku Pracy’ (RMW) project, driving multi-channel sourcing efforts and ensuring the project’s headline target of 1,500 participants is met.
What you'll do
- Plan and deliver multi-channel outreach and recruitment efforts
- Represent the project at community events and job fairs
- Handle inbound enquiries and register participants
- Maintain accurate participant records
- Contribute to monthly monitoring dashboards and support the MEAL team
- Join regular partner coordination meetings
What it takes
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, migration studies, social work, or a related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in outreach, recruitment, community engagement, or customer-facing/call-center work
- Experience working with or within migrant, refugee, or foreign-national communities in Poland
- Familiarity with participant registration and/or case-management data systems
- Fluency in Polish required; fluency in Ukrainian and/or Russian required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
