The role
The Outreach and Engagement Coordinator supports the organization’s external engagement efforts, including recruitment, outreach, communications, and development.
What you'll do
- Represent CCMI at public events, job and career fairs, conferences, and community meetings to promote the CCMI programs and recruit program participants.
- Support and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and community organizations to strengthen recruitment pipelines and expand awareness of CCMI opportunities.
- Assist in diversifying applicant sources through a variety of channels including websites, job boards, networking, community partnerships, social media, and other external platforms.
- Manage job and position postings on external websites and recruitment platforms.
- Collaborate with and support hiring managers by assisting with drafting position descriptions, screening applicants, and hiring/onboarding processes.
